Warranty Policy
At Unitreefitness, we offer the best products that can withstand the rigors of everyday use. Our products are tested to industry-leading standards.
Our warranty coverage:
•In the case of not affecting the integrity of the goods (no installation, no use, no human bumps, disposable seals are not unopened), no reason to return and exchange is supported within 7 days from the date of signing.
•From the 8th day to the 15th day from the date of signing, if the product has a performance failure, after being tested and confirmed by Unitree service center, consumers can choose to exchange the product.
• Within 1 year from the date of signing and the number of use is less than 80,000 times, if the product has a performance failure or battery damage, we will reissue the product for free after being tested and confirmed by Unitree service center.
