Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams inspect your items prior to dispatch. The quality of our products is guaranteed. However, you need to check your order carefully and accurately before purchasing. See information on product detail pages.
We can arrange returns and refunds for you quickly and easily if there is a quality issue with the item you received. We are here to help you! If you have any problems with your order, you can always contact our support team.
• Within 7 days from the date of receiving goods, if there is a performance failure of the product, consumers can choose to return or exchange the product after being tested and confirmed by Unitree service center.
• From the 8th day to the 15th day from the date of receiving goods, if the product has a performance failure, after being tested and confirmed by Unitree service center, consumers can choose to exchange the product.
• Within 1 year from the date of receiving goods and the number of use is less than 80,000 times, if the product has a performance failure or battery damage, we will reissue the product for free after being tested and confirmed by Unitree service center.

Dear friend, cancelled orders will receive a full refund if they are canceled before the order ships.
You can cancel your order at the order status page (the page that is shown to you after you checkout, or when you click "view order" in the order confirmation email)
If an order is fulfilled，please contact our after-sale service.
For cancellation requests after an order has shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, a return authorization will need to be issued.
Dear friends, if you purchase products from our other websites, please contact the corresponding platform or website for instructions on returning. For products purchased directly from the official Unitree PUMP website, please follow the return process below for returns.
Your item can only be returned if it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
For returns, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only partial refunds will be given (if applicable) if the following conditions are met:
* Product is not in original condition and has damaged or missing parts not caused by us.
* Products are returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.
* Any accessories order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1. When we receive your return request, we will check and contact you.
2. For approved returns, customers are required to pay for the return shipping costs to the warehouse, which include international shipping costs and cross-border costs, among other shipping costs.
3. After the warehouse receives the return inspection confirmation, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
4. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Processing refunds usually takes 3-7 business days.

If you request a refund before delivery, you’ll be automatically refunded on your origi nal payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
